Hi! I'm Brittney King, a junior high school counselor, mother of five, and a passionate advocate for teen mental health. My goal is to speed up this process for you so you can see improved parent/child connections and resilience in your teen. You'll get done-for-you worksheets, journal prompts, and scripts you can use immediately, saving you hundreds of hours trying to compile information and resources on your own. The course is designed for 13+. However, the information and skills learned in this course can still benefit younger children. Just understand that they may struggle to complete the course independently. They may require more support and supervision of an adult.
You'll get access to the entire Think Good Feel Good system as soon as you enroll! When you complete lessons in the designed format, you will complete the course in 5 weeks.
Lessons are comprized of videos tutorials, worksheets and easy-to-follow written instructions.
You will have lifetime access to the course.
